Albanian terrorists attacked the family houses of the Serbs and Montenegrins and abducted Radosav, Zivka, Radovan and Danica Milickovic, in the village of Nevoljane, Vucitrn municipality, on January 21, 1999 at 10.00 p.m. On January 23, at 6.50 p.m., the head of the OSCE Verification Mission for Vucitrn brought the abducted citizen into a police station in Kosovska Mitrovica.

A large group of terrorists broke into the "Sitnica" company in Vucitrn, on January 22, 1999 at 00.30 a.m. Threatening with automatic weapons, they demolished the rooms, took the vehicles and electronic equipment. On the way out, they met Miodrag Bigovic, worker of the company from the village of Nevoljane, and abducted him. Miodrag Bigovic was among the citizens, brought by the head of the OSCE Verification Mission for Vucitrn to a police station in Kosovska Mitrovica, on January 23, at 6.50 p.m.

The terrorists damaged the house roof and walls.

An Albanian terrorist armed with automatic rifle, tried to stop a passenger vehicle of Zlatko Djordjevic (1980) in the village of Sopino, Suva Reka municipality, on February 11, 1999 at about 6.30 p.m. Djordjevic did not stop the car, and the terrorist opened fire damaging the rear of his car.
