Team of experts for the safety and terrorism matters 
                   of the Federation of American Scientists (FAS) put 
                   Kosovo Liberation Army on their list of 113 terrorist 
                   organizations, says  John Pike, a director of the Safety 
                   Department of the  Washington seated FAS. 

                   According to Pike, in addition to the State 
                   Department list of terrorist organizations, FAS is the 
                   only one that is dealing with this matter seriously. 
                   But the difference between FAS and the State 
                   Department is in the estimation that is based on the 
                   politics. The FAS experts have made up a complete 
                   analysis, which consists of the structure and methods 
                   of KLA activities. 

                   The results clearly show that KLA must be classified 
                   in the category of terrorists. Their organization has 
                   close ties with the American Administration, which 
                   is a trust of brains. 

                   The KLA tactics is based on attacks on security 
                   forces and attempts to make ambushes. Members are 
                   obsessed by their idea and carry out orders of the 
                   superiors without a word. They are organized in 
                   groups of three to five members which is 
                   characteristic for terrorist organizations.
