Albanians Make Much
Less Than 90% In Kosovo
(Refers to the situation before NATO bombing)
The fact is that in Kosovo there are about 240,000 Serbs and Montenegrins,
more than 150,000 Muslims, over 150,000 Romanies and ethnic Egyptians,
about 40,000 to 50,000 ethnic Turks, which makes up 600,000 people.
If we add to this figure the number of ethnic Albanians loyal to
Serbia and their parties who are participating in the joint Agreement,
this makes up more then one half of the population of Kosovo.
In Kosovo there are about 800,000 ethnic Albanians and this is why
it is necessary to conduct a census under OSCE sponsorship in order to
determine the real figures and to see that the proportion of the population
in Kosovo is 1:1.2, rather than 1:9 in favor of separatist Albanians.
