Albanians Separatist Delegation Signed Fake Agreement In Paris

During the Paris talks on Kosovo crisis delegation of Albanian ethnic minority has signed the "agreement" that was created by them and their American sponsors. That fake agreement has never been discussed, agreed or signed by the Contact Group as a whole, either in Rambouillet or in Paris.  It was also not a subject of discussion with Serbian state delegation. So that fake and nonexistent "agreement" was made and signed by only one side at the Paris talks. One document can not be called agreement if it is made by only one side in bilateral talks.
Paris talks were stopped and Serbian delegation was oppressed to sign that fake agreement, which was nothing else but Albanian separatists' and USA State Department's common dictate, and result of  NATO's (USA) obvious wish to occupy Kosovo, the thirteen centuries old Serbian territory.

      Albanian Delegation Signs Nonexistent  Agreement
Representatives of the ethnic Albanian delegation to
the Paris talks on Serbia's Kosovo
province signed Thursday evening an alleged
"agreement for Kosovo" although no such
                   agreement has been reached.

The paper was signed by Ibrahim Rugova, Veton
Surroi, Rexhep Qosja and Hashim Thaqi.

Their signatures were to be witnessed by the
three mediators , but Russian Ambassador Boris
Mayorsky refused to sign, although he attended the
ceremony, as - he said - one signature did not make
an agreement and an agreement can be valid only if it
                   is signed by all participants.

The signatures of the ethnic Albanian delegation
were consequently witnessed by US and Austrian
                   Ambassadors Christopher Hill and Wolfgang
                   Petritsch only.

Despite all attempts of the US diplomatic machinery
headed by State Department spokesman James Rubin
to maximize the importance of the signing ceremony,
press and diplomatic circles had to admit the
attempts had failed, as no agreement had in fact been
                   reached.

Even the CNN, which was entrusted with media
coverage of the ceremony, was forced to admit that
no agreement existed and that the delegations of
ethnic Albanians and Serbian government had not
                   met even once.

It must be noted that it is unclear what the signature
by the ethnic Albanian delegation will mean for the
political process as a whole, since that process, as
defined by the Contact Group, must be based on
dialogue and coordination, not on imposed
                   settlements.

Following the scandal and unprecedented fraud that
occurred Thursday at the Kleber congress center in
Paris consisting of the fraudulent so-called
                   "agreement on resolving problems in
                   Kosovo", signed unilaterally by ethnic
Albanian separatist movement parties, the delegation
of the government of the Republic of Serbia and the
President of the Republic of Serbia, convinced of the
key importance of the equality of ethnic communities
in Kosovo as against the mentioned
unilateral act, proposed the signing of a multi-ethnic
agreement on self-rule in Kosovo. This
agreement has been signed on behalf of all ethnic
communities of Kosovo by their elected
representatives, and presented to the Contact Group
15 minutes after the Albanian separatists have
                   signed their "agreement".

The agreement signed by the representatives of all
ethnic communities is based on the ten principles set
by the Contact Group and is being made public by
                   the state delegation.
